SBI Financial Services to Acquire Shares of B2C2 Limited (Making it a Subsidiary)

SBI Financial Services, Inc., the parent company of us and the intermediate holding company of the SBI Group's financial services business, acquired 90% of the shares of B2C2 Limited on December 15, 2020, making it a subsidiary. 

※B2C2 is a leading market maker in the crypto asset space, with offices in the UK, US, Japan and other countries.
