New Board of Directors of the Company and its Subsidiaries

At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 25th, 2024, we resolved on the new executive structure of the Company after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June this year.  
We have also informally decided on the new executive structure of our subsidiaries SBI FX Trade and our affiliates SBI VC Trade, SBI Alpha Trading and B2C2.
