SBI Financial Services Co., Ltd.(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Masato Takamura), our parent company and the intermediary holding company of SBI Group's financial business, hereby announces that the company has signed to a share purchase agreement  with B2C2 Limited (Head Office: London, CEO: Max Boonen) subject to FCA's approval.
